The starting idea.

The agency was founded in 2005 around one simple observation: businesses trying to build a coherent brand end up juggling ten vendors who don't talk to each other, in two languages that don't get equal care, with ten different invoices.

We built 26 around the opposite: one team, one accountability, one contract. Strategy, identity, web, social, and video delivered by the same people who scoped the work. In English and French, with the same rigor.

What changed in 20 years.

The tools have changed (from print-only to TikTok reels), but the logic hasn't. Clients still want a team that understands their sector, delivers what it promises, and takes accountability.

What got added: a proprietary software platform (26 Systems) for client operations, a voice infrastructure (26 Telecom), and since December 2025, pre-qualified supplier status with the Government of Canada. The perimeter grows; the requirement to deliver what we promise doesn't.

• Local, really. Our team lives in Montreal. We come to you for shoots. We reply to your comments in French.
• Bilingual by default. Not an after-the-fact translation. Every deliverable thought through in both languages from the start. Bill 96 and Official Languages Act compliant.
• Transparent. Prices posted, exclusions named, no hidden fees.
