Goal

Extend "Eat the Rainbow" strategy from photo into motion

The Challenge

The video layer of the Le Poke Station engagement needed to translate the Eat the Rainbow strategy from static photography into motion — bright, clean, and colourful reels focused on the freshness of ingredients and the customizable nature of the product. Video content had to hold the same aesthetic discipline as the photo feed while meeting the speed and format expectations of Instagram Reels and TikTok.

Our Approach

Three disciplines held every reel together:

Ingredient-first cinematography

Close-ups of fresh ingredients — salmon slices, avocado cubes, edamame, nori — shot against clean surfaces that let the colour speak.

Customization as content

Every reel shows the build — the bowl going from empty to full — because that's the experiential differentiator of a poke restaurant.

Clean aesthetic

Bright, high-key lighting, neutral surfaces, no visual noise. The bowls are the hero.
