Two sisters, the sellers' choice.
Building the social presence of Équipe Richa, RE/MAX 2000, in Laval and Montreal: a brand system inside the RE/MAX frame, a bilingual content program, photoshoots, a reel every week and stories every day.

Goal
Make two brokers the reference for sellers in Laval and Montreal, with a feed that is theirs, not a franchise template
The challenge.
Two sisters, one team, inside a franchise everyone recognises. RE/MAX gives the red and the balloon; it gives nothing that says Miriam and Rima. A seller in Chomedey, Vimont, Duvernay, Sainte-Dorothée or Fabreville chooses a person before a banner. The feed had to carry their faces, their voice and their neighbourhoods, in French first, at a cadence two brokers cannot sustain on their own between showings.
A system that publishes every week.
We built a team brand inside the RE/MAX frame, then an editorial program and a production line that feed it without interruption.
- A brand system inside the frame Navy, white and the Richa signature, the RE/MAX mark where it belongs, and one line on every piece: Deux sœurs, le choix des vendeurs.
- An editorial rhythm Listings and sold properties, market pulse, the sisters' story, seasonal moments: each content family has its own card.
- Continuous production Photoshoots with the sisters, a reel every week, and a stories bank that publishes six times a day without repeating for weeks.
- Bilingual, French first Every post exists in French and in English, and the listings that need reach are backed by boosting.
The feed, as published.

Cadence

The result.
A feed that reads as two people, not a franchise. Sellers see the sisters, their streets and their way of working before they call. The system runs every week, in French and in English, with listing visuals ready the day a property comes to market, and the account publishes more in a month than most teams do in a season.
